Free Trial

Can I try a subscription plan for free before purchasing it?

You can evaluate a subscription plan for 15 days (extendable upto maximum 30 days) for free before you make a purchase. You are only required to signup for a plan with a valid email ID

Are trials fully-functional or they have some restrictions imposed?

Trials are fully functional and you will get access to all the features of the product. What you'll be using during your trial is what you'll be getting when you purchase a subscription plan. The only restriction is that we do not provide data backup for Trials.

Is it possible to extend the trial, if required?

Yes, trial can be extended once only to 15 days further. Email us at support@eazemo.com with title "Extend my Trial" atleast 72 hours before your trial is supposed to expire.

What exactly do you mean by no credit card required for Trial?

For signup and 15 day free trial all you need is a valid email address. You do not need to provide us credit card information till you wish to buy product.

How does the 15-day free trial work?

Signup with a valid email address that will be verified by us. After successful verification you can login to your account. When onboard you will see information about your trial and setup. It will take upto 48 hrs (usually less than 48hrs) to setup your subscription plan. Upon completion of setup you will be notified by email. And your trial begins!

What is a personalized free trial?

Custom setup for trial will be offered for use. You need to tell us your requirements like total rooms, individual room categories with prices etc. in a wizard you see after signup.

What steps do I need to take to sign up for the trial?

Choose a plan from eazemo.com/pricing. Signup to a selected plan for 15 days free trial with a valid email ID. That's it!

What happens at the end of my trial?

We will notify you about expiry of your trial 2-3 days before via email. If you wish to purchase, same can be done from eazemo.com/account after login. Your Trial will be converted to a subscription plan you paid for. If, in case, your trial time ends we will notify you again via email and after no response from you within 3 days, your account and setup will be removed from our servers.

How do I cancel my trial before it ends?

Let us know via email at support@eazemo.com with title "Cancel my Trial" or via support form at eazemo.com/support. Do mention your registered email ID.

Will I be charged at the end of trial?

Nope. We do not ask for credit card information during free trial offer and if you do not wish to buy no charges will be applicable.

Subscription Packages

When does my subscription start?

When you purchase a subscription package, your setup process will start after complete payment received is confirmed, and upon completion of setup and personalized configuration we will notify to your registered email about the start of subscription. Usually it takes 48 hrs to 72 hrs.

How can I purchase a suitable subscription package?

Please see the pricing page eazemo.com/pricing for available subscription packages. Choose one that fits your requirements. Also when you signup for free trial, you have an option to select a package subscription in signup form.

How can I change my subscription package?

Let us know your requirements via email at support@eazemo.com with title "Change Subscription package" or via support page available at eazemo.com/support.

I purchased a subscription package, what should I do next?

First and foremost you should complete the Personalized Setup Wizard and Profile info after you login to your account. This is very important because we will not be able to start your setup till we obtain the requirements from you. Also you can see the details and notifications about the ongoing process of setup. Further, visit the eazemo.com/support/docs to view the product documentation and familiarize yourself with the EAZEMO features.

What happens when my subscription ends?

We will notify you about expiry of your subscription package 2-3 days before via email. Also you can see your subscription remaining time and status in your account. If you wish to renew, same can be done from your account after login. Your subscription plan will then be renewed. If, in case, your subscription plan time ends we will notify you again via email and after no response from you within 7 days, your account and setup will be removed from our server.

Will I be charged for updates to my subscription package?

Nope. All updates are free. No charges are applicable on product updates.

How can I renew my subscription package?

You can renew your subscription from your account i.e. eazemo.com/account.

Will I keep my remaining subscription time if I renew early?

Yes. Let us suppose you have 03 months time with your current subscription plan and you renewed your annual subscription package, then you will have 15 months (03 months + 12 months) subscription time available for use.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Nope. All subscription plans/packages are annual prepaid and we do not accept any cancellation requests. We provide full-featured free of charge trials for our subscription packages hence giving our customers the opportunity to fully avail our products prior to purchase.

Am I tied into any contracts?

12 months contract is applicable on all of our subscription plans.

Why is it required to go through personalized setup and configuration wizard?

Personalized setup and configuration wizard is supposed to have information regarding total number of rooms, room categories, room rent per night, and such relevant information. Setup will not be complete till you provide information in the wizard.

If I downgrade a plan, will I get any reimbursement after adjustments from current plan to new plan?

If you downgrade a plan/package, your applicable reimbursement will be adjusted as the subscription time of the new package.

Managing your Account

How can I manage my subscription account?

You can manage your account via eazemo.com/account after login. It includes all sort of information regarding your subscription package, personalized information, account information like invoice details etc., system notifications, and other such relevant information.

Can I change the registered email address?

Your registered email ID is one of your primary identification to us. We really need a strong reason for changing it. Let us know via email at support@eazemo.comwith title "Change my registered Email ID" or via support form at eazemo.com/support. Do mention your current registered email ID. After successful verification of your account information we will proceed with the change.

What if I forget my User ID?

Usually the registered email ID is your User ID. If still is the case that you forgot it, Let us know via email at support@eazemo.com with title "Forgot User ID" with any information associated with us. We will help you out after complete verification.

I forgot my password?

Use Forgot Password Wizard to get a new password for your account.

How do I close my account?

If you have subscribed to a plan, account will automatically be closed when your subscription time is over and you did not renew it.

When I login I see "Your Account has been blocked". What should I do?

This seldom happens but sometimes an unusual activity is noticed in your account, so we temporarily block it. We know this could be frustrating, but it is really important to protect all of our customers, including you, from online fraud/threat. But if you see it for a longer duration i.e. continually for 3-4 days, let us know via your registered email Id at support@eazemo.com with title "My Account Blocked" or via support form at eazemo.com/support.

How secure is my information with you?

Very safe. All of our subscription plans, accounts, and such relevant and sensitive information is secure with SSL encryption. We follow best industry standards to safeguard your data.

Can more than one User ID be used to access the same account?

Nope. Only one User ID per account is allowed.

What is a valid User ID and password?

Your User ID is usually the registered email ID that you used for Signup. Please note that your User ID and password are case-sensitive. Also, choose a password that contains minimum of four characters including letters and/or numbers and allowed set of special characters. Please be advised that a non-dictionary password promote better security and privacy.

Can I pay by Invoices?

Nope. All offered subscription plans are annual prepaid plans.

How soon will I get an Invoice for my order?

Nope. All offered subscription plans are annual prepaid plans.

Can I have a lower price?

Are there any additional charges?

Nope. You only got to pay the prices as shown at eazemo.com/pricing. EAZEMO pricing model is simple and transparent. No hidden charges. Do reach us for custom pricing plans, if required.

Payments, Refunds, and Taxes

What kind of payment methods are available?

We offer both online and offline payment methods for purchasing our subscription packages. Our secure online store accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express Credit/Debit Cards. Also we accept payments via Paypal and Wire Transfer. Please contact sales@eazemo.com with title "Alternate payment method" to know about Bank Wire Transfer details. Please note that all payments are subjective to 100% initial payment i.e. subscription package will only be made available for use after full payment is realized for the same.

Is it safe to pay with a credit card over the Internet with you?

Yes, your order will be processed through 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted payment gateways having best industry standard security for online ordering. All of the information entered remains private and secure.

How can I order a subscription package if I don't have a credit card?

You can either make a payment through Paypal or via Bank wire transfer. For details please contact sales@eazemo.com with title "Alternate payment method".

My payment method was declined and now I can't place an order.

What is your refund policy?

All subscription plans/packages are annual prepaid and we do not accept any refund request. We provide full-featured free of charge trials for our subscription packages, hence giving our customers the opportunity to fully avail our products prior to purchase.

How can I report a fraudulent transaction if someone I don't know places an order using my credit card?

For fraudulent transaction, where you suspect a stolen credit card was used, please contact sales@eazemo.com with title "Fraudulent Transaction from my card" with details such as purchase date, price amount, and the last 4 digitals of your credit card as well as information regarding your credit card issuer. Once we confirm evidence of fraud, we will issue a full refund.
